Overview

Synopsis & Plot Development
The Veteran Assassin
As one of the top assassins in the US government, Brogan Henry has an enormous amount of work experience. He is looking to retire after more than 70 confirmed kills, due to the morality issues tied to his work. His final mission as a sniper provides a glimpse of hope. To his shock and disappointment, it a turns out to be a an ex teremist instead of a scientist working on a government project. This reality coupled with the betrayal starts his moral compass moving. This is the final strand that enables Henry to move on from the agency.
The Setup
While trying to enjoy retirement, Henry believes that someone is watching him. His fears are confirmed when he encounters Dani Zakarweski, who is a government agent posing as a dock worker. Before long, a hit squad attempts to attack Henry to try and eliminate him. With barely any time to escape, he contacts Baron, a former operative and an old friend, to come and help him.
Meeting His Match
Junior, the most skilled assassin, is unlike any adversary Henry has faced. During a tense rooftop chase in Cartagena, Henry certain that his pursuer is a 23-year-old clone of himself. The clone, codenamed “Junior”, has been trained by Clay Varris, the head of a covert organization known by the name of GEMINI.
The Moral Battle
While Junior and Henry seem to fight for the same goal, they are in fact opposing each other. Clay is a father figure for Junior and he sees Henry as a traitor. On the other hand, Henry is uncomfortable by Junior’s reality, which leads him to try and convince Junior that he has been fed lies his entire life. Their initial meeting is a combination of tension, curiosity, and anger. Henry is able to see that Junior has been spoiled by a life filled with pride, stubbornness and anger, and that he’s being brainwashed.
Truth and Betrayal
While assisting Henry during the GEMINI investigation, Dani and Baron uncover an illegal cloning operation. Through a tenuous conversation marred by past gun fights, Henry manages to speak to Junior and reveals regrettable truths about the two of them, Clay’s manipulations, and his DNA. Although Junior’s trust in Clay is disintegrating, his bewilderment only increases.
An assassin with even more perfected emotional clones is sent by Clay responding to his shattered trust. In the final battle against GEMINI, Henry, Junior, and Dani work together. Clay is murdered and Junior is given the chance to shape his own life instead of the web of lies that controlled it.

1. Identity and Self-Reflection
The central conceit—an older man fighting a younger version of himself—functions as both a literal and metaphorical confrontation with one’s past. Henry, as he realizes, identifies in Junior the mistakes he wishes he could undo and the potential he one had.
2. Nature vs. Nurture
Junior’s raising under Clay brings forth the age-old debate of whether a person is defined by their genetics versus by their environment.
